IME has partnered with eVerifile to offer our Affiliates comprehensive criminal background screening and photo ID Badges at discounted rates. The eVerifile screening process ensures compliance with the screening and badging requirements set forth by IME’s Retail Partners.
All Affiliate employees, representatives, agents and sub-contractors (including their workers) who visit a customer’s home to provide an estimate, complete an installation or generate leads in a store must pass a criminal background check in order to be issued an IME authorized photo ID Badge, which they must wear at all times. In addition, all workers who have access to Personal Credit Information (PCI) of a customer must also pass a criminal background check.
Affiliates are required to obtain a signed Background Consent form for each worker, representative or agent, including all sub-contractors and their workers prior to submitting the request through the Affiliate’s account with eVerifile.
To enroll and start the process, you need to register with eVerifile, which will include reviewing and consenting to their Master Service Agreement.
