9/12 -Possible Delays from Hurricane Irma United States “Hurricane Irma has rendered much of Florida inaccessible and without power, and its path is expected to also bring extensive government, business and school closures across parts of Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina. Depending on the area, our ability to obtain information from impacted areas will be significantly hindered for days, up to weeks. We are staying abreast of the situation, but please take this into consideration with your reports, as our time service may be affected.”

9/12 -Possible Delays from Hurricane Irma Caribbean Islands-“Hurricane Irma caused extensive structural damage and power outages throughout the Caribbean Islands, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Because of widespread government, business and school closures, our ability to obtain information from these areas is either not possible or greatly limited, and will be for days and weeks. We are monitoring the situation, but please take this into consideration with your reports, as our time service may be affected.”

5/23″Court Delays in Saint Francis County, AR”-“”Because of remodeling in the courthouse, criminal searches in Saint Francis County, AR are unable to be completed. The court advises the work should be completed and access restored on Tuesday, May 30. Please take this into consideration, as time service may be affected.”

5/9- “Court Delays in Bedford County, TN”- “Criminal searches in Bedford County, TN are unable to be completed May 10 and 11 because the court is closed to allow clerks to participate in training for a new computer system. The court will re-open Friday, May 12 and resume normal operations. Please take this into consideration as time service may be affected.”

5/9- “Court Delays in Perry County, TN”- “Due to not being able to use the Public Access Terminals, criminal searches in Perry County, TN are unable to be completed. The court advises access will be restored May 15. Please take this into consideration as time service will be affected.”

3/31/17- “Court Delays in Rutherford County, TN- “Criminal searches in Rutherford County, TN are unable to be completed at this point in time because the court is closed to allow clerks to participate in training for a new computer system. The court will re-open Tuesday, April 4 and resume normal operations.

3/14/17-Possible Winter Weather Delays-“As a result of blizzard-like conditions with heavy snow and high winds in the northeastern states from North Carolina through Maine, courts, businesses and schools may be closed in many areas, impacting or preventing us from obtaining information. Resources — both internally and with our partners — have been allocated to expeditiously process requests as the weather conditions permit. However, please take this into consideration as our time service may be affected”

2/17/17-Possible Delays from Flooding in Northern California-  “As a result of structural issues with the Oroville Dam that could result in extensive flooding, government, business and school closures may impede our ability to obtain information from affected areas, which include, but are not limited to the California counties of Butte, Sacramento, Sutter and Yuba. We will stay abreast of the situation, but please take this into consideration with your reports, as our time service may be delayed.”

1/18/17- “Court Delays in Alexandria, VA” –“Due to issues related to the court’s computer system, criminal searches in Alexandria, VA are unable to be completed at this point in time. The court is unable to provide a date by which normal service will be restored, so we will monitor the situation. Please take this into consideration, as our time service may be affected.”
